YOGA FOR KIDS

Midtown West's top kids yoga program, SONIC KIDZ™ has now gone "DONATION-ONLY!"  Yeah, yeah, yeah...we know, how are we going to stay in business if we keep giving everything away?!?!  Well, we just figured that kids yoga, at least right here and right now, is just too darn important to charge exclusive fees for.  So, we are doing something OUTRAGEOUS!

ALL KIDS YOGA PROGRAMS ARE ON A DONATION BASIS. Just enroll your kids, age 18-month to 14 years old, in our fabulous blend of breath, movement, peace and play and pay whatever works for you. Hey, it's a karma thing, O.K.!

BUTTERFLY KIDS | AGES 18-36 MONTHS w/ parents/caregiver
Our littlest yogis cocoon and grow quickly before our eyes. To aid in development, yoga play allows increased coordination, identification, and simple partner yoga for and your child . By developing postures from simple objects, shapes, you and your baby bond. Listen closely for the sonic sound of a child's giggle as the butterflies take flight.

TURTLE KIDS | AGES 3-6 YEARS
Tenacious toddlers to kinetic kindergarteners will enjoy joining other Sonic kids in an exciting environment of learning and play. Taking their imaginations on a journey to explore a world of animals to airplanes, mountains to oceans our Sonic staff will help them learn traditional and playful yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques in our intimate 3rd floor studio. A class structured to entice the curious and active yogi-to-be.

DOLPHIN KIDS | AGES 8-10 YEARS
Strong and Ready to take flight Sonic Eagles emphasis is on a strong and healthy body. We also encourage learning from one another and introduce different styles of yoga and health based movement from all cultures incorporating dance and martial arts as well as classic hatha yoga.
